Selling Your Home Only:
When you list your home with me, you're on your way to keeping more of your home's equity. I charge a 1% selling agent commission plus an agreed to commission paid to the real estate agent representing the buyer of your home. (Typically the buyer's agent commission is 3%.) These fees are only paid when I've successfully sold your home. The 1% commission is subject only to a minimum of $995.00.
